Jane is an executive coach, trainer and supervisor who works with individuals and businesses to enhance their effectiveness, performance and results. Jane has over 25 years corporate experience and held HR Director and senior manager positions in Retail, Hospitality and Financial Services. She currently runs her own coaching practice working with clients across functional disciplines, cultures and geographies. Jane held corporate positions with RSA Insurance, Royal Bank of Scotland, Kingfisher plc and Mitchells & Butler plc. Her coaching and leadership development clients include BAE Systems plc, Chubb Insurance, Hitachi Capital, Herbert Smith Freehills, HDI Global Specialty, IG Insurance, Johnson & Johnson, Merck MSD, Cornerstone, Virgin Media, Wincanton plc, AIB plc, and the Yorkshire Building Society.
