Mental Health and Race Toolkit

There has been a welcome outpouring of support and commitment to action from businesses to support their people who are Black or from a Minority Ethnic background.

To help businesses continue to build on their commitment, the CMHA created the Mental Health and Race Toolkit. This Toolkit has been created in collaboration with mental health and inclusion experts, as well as CMHA member businesses, including Goldman Sachs, Hogan Lovells, Lloyds Bank, PwC and Oliver Wyman. It shares practical guidance for how businesses can build mentally healthy workplaces that promote a sense of belonging for their people, whatever their background or race.

“It will only be possible to achieve true racial diversity if all workplaces are supportive, psychologically safe and promote a sense of belonging for people who are Black and from Minority Ethnic backgrounds. This Mental Health and Race Toolkit from the CMHA will help workplaces to deliver on this culture shift, and we very much welcome its launch.”
